We totally get it — sometimes a scent just doesn’t hit the way you hoped, or it’s not quite what you imagined when ordering online. That’s okay. Really. No hard feelings, no awkward vibes.

If you’re not loving the wax melt you received, we’re here to make it right. Whether you want to try a different version of the same scent or swap it out for something totally new, we’re happy to work with you to find something that makes your nose (and your space) happy!

  • We don’t require returns of used melts (because… melted wax 😅), but we do want your feedback so we can improve.
  • Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order so we can take care of it quickly.
